What the first 90 days actually look like

The scope, the timeline, and how you'll know it's working — built directly from this week's audit, not a template.

RankRGV · September 2026 · Companion to the VaultX SEO/AEO audit

The investment

Two pieces: a one time sprint to fix what the audit found, then ongoing monthly work.

One time
$975
Audit & Foundation Sprint
Ongoing
$2,325/mo
Content, technical work, reporting
First invoice, at kickoff $975 + $2,325 = $3,300 Setup and month one land together. Every month after that is $2,325 on its own.

The first 90 days

Three phases, each building on the last.

Days
1–30

Foundation

  • Confirm AI crawlers can actually reach the site (the robots.txt conflict found in the audit needs a real fetch test, not just a file edit)
  • Fix the duplicate content between www and the plain domain with a proper redirect
  • Add structured data (Organization/Product schema)
  • Google Search Console + Analytics live
  • First 2-3 pieces of AI first content published, targeting the proven gap from the audit
Days
31–60

Expansion

  • Continued content at a steady, deliberate cadence — not a bulk dump
  • Track the real competitive set (doublelockusa.com, usacontainers.co, provenlocks.com) and the industry authority sources AI already cites
  • First indexing and early ranking checks on the new pages
Days
61–90

Compounding

  • Cadence continues, content library grows
  • First real read on AI citation movement across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
  • Late October award coverage worked into the authority/content strategy as it lands

How you'll know it's working

Reported every two weeks against the same three measures, tracked consistently. No status updates without numbers behind them.

Citation counts
How often VaultX is actually named across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
Indexed pages
How much of the site Google has actually crawled and indexed
Ranking movement
Where the money queries stand, tracked over time
Reported every two weeks, based directly on the data. We won't commit to exact dates given how young the domain still is, but every report gives a clear read on direction.

Terms

Structure
Month to month for the first stretch, then standard 3 month commitment periods once the relationship is working — no long lock in to start.
Setup
$975, billed at kickoff, covers everything in the Days 1-30 foundation phase above. Not refundable once the work starts, regardless of how the engagement continues after.
Ongoing
$2,325/mo, starting the same month as the foundation sprint.
Cancellation
During the month to month stretch, either side can end it with 30 days' notice — no penalty, no buyout on the monthly work. The setup fee is separate and not refundable. Once a 3 month period starts, it runs its course; the next period is something you choose again, not automatic.
What we need
Help setting up Search Console and Analytics (neither exists yet), hosting/DNS access to fix the redirect and crawler issue, a way to actually get approved content live on the site, and a fast turnaround on reviewing drafts — the cadence in the plan above assumes we're not waiting on approvals.
Reporting
Every two weeks — citation counts, indexed pages, ranking movement.
This is built directly from this week's audit findings, not a generic package — every item in the first 30 days ties back to something the data actually found.
